Fleur De Lys Spa provides customized, facial-focused skincare treatments, including dermaplaning, chemical peels, diamond microdermabrasion, microneedling, 5D nano-infusion, and LED light therapy. Services are facial-focused and do not include traditional body, scalp, or massage treatments.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Full appointment, cancellation, and no-show terms are set out on our Studio Policies page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations, repeated changes, or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment before a future appointment can be reserved.

Your Health & Treatment Modifications (Assumption of Risk)

Clients are responsible for informing their skincare professional of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic or medical procedures, active skin conditions, or other changes that could affect their service. Certain treatments may be modified, postponed, or substituted when appropriate for the client's skin and safety. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that skincare services carry inherent risks and agree to disclose relevant health information before your appointment.
