Seated chair massage is a great way to loosen up the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands when you are on the go and don't have time for a longer session. This service is available at all times in the sap grotto. Treat yourself to a few minutes and let it affect the rest of your day in a positve way.

Pregnancy massage is available for mothers-to-be to assist in preparing the body for a smooth delivery. This too, is a "customized" massage based on mother and bab's unique individual needs.

Reflexology sessions are available to release blackages and strengthen internal organs and body systems. This method makes use of the nerve endings in the hands and feet to energize and rejuvenate the body. You will be surprised by how great you feel all over after having your hands and/or feet treated.
